How do I link a bank account with Plaid?

Under Cards & top-ups → Add funding source → Bank account, you'll be prompted to log in to your bank through Plaid, a service that securely connects your bank without you typing routing and account numbers by hand.

Plaid never shares your bank login credentials with Payvio — it passes us a secure token that only allows initiating transfers, not viewing your full account activity.

If your bank isn't supported by Plaid, you can still add it manually with your routing and account number, though verification takes 1–2 business days via micro-deposits.
