Are refunds available for failed top-ups?

If a card or bank top-up is charged but the transfer fails for any reason on our end, the funds are automatically returned to your original payment method — you don't need to request anything.

Refunds to a card typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer's processing time, which is outside our control.

Refunds to a bank account via ACH usually appear within 1–3 business days. If it's been longer, contact us with the transaction date and we'll trace it.
