Open Activity in the app and tap the transfer. The timeline shows exactly which stage it is at: payment received, converted at your locked rate, sent to the receiving bank, and paid out.
Most transfers move through all four stages in minutes during business hours in the receiving country. Outside those hours, the last step waits for the bank to open, even though your money has already left your Payvio balance.
If a transfer shows "Sending to bank" for more than an hour on a business day, that is unusual — chat with us and we will contact the receiving bank directly rather than you waiting it out.
